Recipe from the Chilean Fresh Fruit Association


  • 3 Grapes
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. Pisco
  • 1 oz. Egg Whites
  • 1 Dash of Bitters


Muddle 3 grapes with the simple syrup. In a separate shaker, dry shake egg white. Add ice to the muddled grapes. Pour already shaken egg whites over.Shake well, strain over ice and add 1 dash of bitters
