Recipe from the Chilean Fresh Fruit Association

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chilean nectarine, pit removed
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 heaping cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • optional: honey for sweetness, as needed

Directions

Blend all ingredients, taste for sweetness and add honey to your liking. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies
